Our pizza team spends hours each morning preparing hundreds of breads and pinwheels for you to enjoy, about 52,000 pinwheels a year, to be exact! We believe great quality can't be rushed.

We take pride in using the freshest ingredients, including organic, all-natural meats, house-made dressings, and hand-cut garnishes, all prepared daily by our team.

We source a variety of breads from an old-school bakery in Detroit, along with Zingerman’s Bakehouse in Ann Arbor. Our deli meats, cheeses and vegetables are sliced fresh, with beef patties grilled over fire. Did you know? We source all of our ground beef from local markets, Prime Cuts of Jackson and Merindorf Meats of Mason.

Our classic dough, hand-stretched with pizza sauce, fresh ingredients and mozzarella. Folded, then baked to achieve a golden, crispy shell and finished with parmesan, oregano and pecorino romano, unless noted. Pizza sauce contain dairy. Approximate Size 10" x 5" | Serves 1-2

This pizza is all about being authentic. True Neapolitan pizza has a distinct flavor, simple ingredients and is baked in a 900° wood-fired oven for 90 seconds. We import San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce and “00” Caputo flour from Italy for the soft, flavorful crust. Authenticity at its finest! True to Motor City tradition, we hand-press this Sicilian pie into well-seasoned, square steel pans to create its light, airy center. A blend of Wisconsin cheeses is piled high, right to the edge, to achieve the signature caramelized, crunchy crust.
